Welcome to Flyplayers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.flyplayers.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Flyplayers. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Flyplayers operates as an independent reseller of pre-owned, vintage, and second-life football boots and apparel. We are not an authorized dealer, affiliate, or representative of any brand or manufacturer whose products we resell, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Nature of Products

All items sold on our Site are pre-owned, used, or vintage unless explicitly marked as "New" or "Deadstock" on the individual product page.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The items are second-hand and will show signs of prior wear consistent with their age and history.
• We provide detailed written descriptions and high-resolution photography of every item, including close-ups of all visible flaws. The item you see in the photos is the exact item you will receive.
• Minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting during photography. These do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.
• We are not the manufacturer of the goods and do not provide a manufacturer's warranty.

3. Product Authenticity

We understand that authenticity is the foundation of trust in the football boot community. At Flyplayers, we take this responsibility seriously:

Inspection Process: Every item listed on our Site undergoes a thorough internal inspection before being photographed and published. We examine materials, stitching, soleplate construction, tags, and any identifying markers relevant to the specific model and era.

Guarantee: We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. If you receive an item and have legitimate concerns about its authenticity, contact us immediately at support@flyplayers.com with detailed photos and your reasoning.

Resolution: We will investigate your claim promptly and fairly. If we determine that an item is not authentic, we will issue a full refund, including all shipping costs, and cover the return shipping. Our liability for authenticity claims is limited to the purchase price paid.

No Official Affiliation: Flyplayers is an independent reseller. We are not an official authentication service, nor are we affiliated with any brand or manufacturer.

4. Product Performance & Warranty Disclaimer

Our responsibility ends at the point of accurate description and safe delivery.

No Performance Warranty: We make no guarantees, express or implied, about how any item will perform during use. This includes, but is not limited to, durability, sole adhesion, stud integrity, leather tearing, or any damage sustained during or after on-pitch use.

Vintage & Aging Disclaimer: Older boots, particularly those manufactured with glued outsoles, are susceptible to sole separation and material degradation due to natural aging processes. This is a recognized characteristic of collecting and wearing vintage football boots and is not a defect for which Flyplayers can be held liable after the item has been worn.

Buyer's Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item upon arrival and assess its suitability for intended use before wearing it on the pitch. Once used, the item is non-returnable.

5. Ordering & Payment

a) Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

b) Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. The price confirmed at checkout is final for that transaction.

c) Payment Methods: We accept payments via Payoneer and PayPal. All payment processing is handled securely through the respective provider's platform.

d) Taxes & Duties: Prices displayed do not include customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Pre-Orders & Item Holds

a) Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are products not yet in our physical possession but expected to arrive within a specified timeframe.

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order placement.
• Pre-order items are subject to the same return policy as in-stock items.
• Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you and offer options.

b) Item Holds: We may offer to hold an item for a potential buyer. The maximum standard hold period is 24 hours unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Auctions & Bidding

a) Participation: By placing a bid, you are making a binding offer to purchase the item at the bid price if you are the winning bidder. Bids cannot be retracted once placed.

b) Auction Close & Winning: The highest valid bid at the close of the auction wins the item.

c) Payment After Winning: Full payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure results in forfeiture of the winning bid.

d) No Retraction & Returns: Auction wins are final sales and are subject to our standard Refund & Return Policy.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Key points include:

• We ship worldwide from Ukraine via Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta.
• Shipping costs start from $13 USD.
• Delivery times range from approximately 5 to 30 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal disruptions, or force majeure.
• Tracking information will be provided for every order.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Key points:

• Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be in the exact condition they were shipped.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Items worn or damaged after delivery are non-returnable.

10. Community Rules

a) Respectful Conduct: Treat all community members with respect. Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.

b) Authentic Engagement: Do not spam or self-promote without prior approval.

c) Integrity in Transactions: Flyplayers is not responsible for private transactions between community members.

d) Privacy & Safety: Do not share others' personal information without consent.

e) Enforcement: Flyplayers reserves the right to warn, mute, or ban members who violate these rules.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of Flyplayers or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.

12. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to submit false information, use the Site for illegal purposes, or interfere with its security.
